Classic Polo to open 65 new outlets, eyes Rs 250 crore revenue by 2021

Menswear brand Classic Polo owned by Royal Classic Mills Private Limited has planned massive expansion and will be opening 65 new exclusive branded outlets across the country during this fiscal year.
The brand is looking to generate revenue of Rs 250 crore ($34.9 million) by the next financial year on the back of its pan India expansion. It had reported a revenue of Rs 160 crore in the last financial year.
Commenting on the expansion plan, Ramesh V Khani, director at Classic Polo in a statement said “Classic Polo has a significant presence in South India. We are now looking to focus on the Eastern and Western parts of the country. East India offers huge potential for growth.”
Dhyanesh Kumar, senior vice president (sales & Marketing) at Classic Polo added, “Our revenues from Classic Polo brand reached Rs 160 crore in FY19. We are expecting decent growth this financial year, which will take our top line to Rs 200 crore. In FY21, our revenue target will be Rs 225-250 crore.”
Currently, Classic Polo has 135 exclusive stores and also sells through 6000 multi-brand outlets and large format stores. The brand offers t-shirts, shirts, trousers, and accessories for men.
